Jaboni’s Pizzeria is where Long Island flavor meets East Tennessee charm. Founded by a local restaurateur with deep roots in New York, Jaboni’s brings a slice of home to the community.
At R2R studio, our architects and interior designers collaborated closely to shape Jaboni’s identity and brand. We played a part in creating everything from its name, logo, and menu to the interior architectural design. This holistic approach ensures that Jaboni’s essence permeates every aspect of the dining experience.

Upon entering Jaboni’s, guests are greeted by a thoughtfully designed interior that harmoniously merges modern aesthetics with traditional touches. The space is enhanced by faux wood beams that impart warmth and character to the ceiling, creating an inviting ambiance. The lively flooring pattern injects energy into the atmosphere, while strategic red accents in the lighting and fabric choices serve as a tribute to the Jaboni’s logo, unifying the design elements throughout the space.
The front-of-house layout is designed to provide a variety of seating options, catering to different preferences and dining experiences. One area features conventional tables ideal for larger gatherings or casual family meals, while another offers cozy booths that provide an intimate setting for couples or small groups. Complementing these seating arrangements is an inviting bar area, perfect for enjoying a drink or socializing with friends. Additionally, the bustling order counter allows patrons to watch skilled chefs in action as they prepare fresh pizzas, adding a dynamic element to the dining experience.
At Jaboni’s Pizzeria, each aspect of the restaurant is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that guests receive an authentic and memorable dining experience. From the sumptuous flavors of the menu to the carefully curated ambiance, Jaboni’s invites you to enjoy a slice of Long Island right here in East Tennessee!
