This concept revolves around a build-your-own poke bowl experience, reflecting a modern take on casual dining. This particular location marks the first free-standing establishment for the franchise, representing a significant milestone in its expansion. The site underwent a transformation from a fast-food breakfast outlet to a vibrant dining space, inviting patrons to customize their meals while enjoying a fresh atmosphere. The design intent was to weave together bold geometric forms with the soothing warmth of natural wood elements, creating a cohesive aesthetic that is both contemporary and inviting.

The client entrusted R2R studio with the task of seamlessly translating their brand identity into the exterior design of the building. The objective was clear: to reflect the essence of the franchise on all visible fronts while maximizing the usability of the limited square footage in the existing footprint. A primary focus and challenge was placed on optimizing seating arrangements and ensuring a smooth flow of customer circulation within. To further enhance the guest experience, an exterior patio area was thoughtfully designed to extend the seating capacity, complete with bright yellow umbrellas that add a cheerful pop of color. This feature also serves to harmonize the indoor and outdoor environments.

The selected materials palette consists of a dynamic combination of white, yellow, and gray, complemented by the use of natural wood and striking geometric patterns. This thoughtful selection reinforces the brand’s aesthetic while ensuring that guests feel welcome in an atmosphere that is both fresh and vibrant. The design team included comprehensive support during the construction administration phase, ensuring that the execution aligned with the envisioned concept.
