From its first locations in Bearden and Downtown Knoxville, The Casual Pint worked with R2R studio to develop its unique concept of providing craft beers, served in a relaxed, coffee-shop-style environment that appeals to beer enthusiasts and novices alike.

In 2013, the decision to franchise marked a new chapter, and R2R studio stepped up to the challenge. Working closely with The Casual Pint’s corporate team, we developed concept design standards to ensure consistency and brand cohesion across all franchise locations.

Measuring approximately 2,500 square feet, each Casual Pint location features a bar stocked with a diverse selection of craft beers on tap. Customers can enjoy their favorite brews in-store or opt for a 6-pack or growler to go. Some locations offer the Brew Master’s Club, a private space for patrons to watch sports games or host corporate meetings.

Since the debut of the first franchise in Knoxville’s Northshore Town Center, The Casual Pint concept has experienced exponential growth, spreading its love of beer across the country.

The Casual Pint underwent a makeover in 2023, rebranding their design. The franchise decided to bring its interior squarely into the present while remaining true to its roots. The heart of the brand remained the same, and so did its commitment to providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for beer lovers everywhere.

The Casual Pint franchise has made quite a name for itself since its inception. What began as a small local retail store in Knoxville quickly morphed into a national sensation; and they now have interior branding to match! It’s more than just a store—it’s a destination “Where Beer Lovers Meet” to celebrate their passion for great brews!
