The client expressed a desire for a modern farmhouse aesthetic that would harmonize with the traditional characteristics of the surrounding neighborhood. The scale of the exterior structure connects seamlessly with the neighboring homes, ensuring that it does not appear out of place.

However, it features streamlined details that differentiate it from its more classic counterparts, offering a refreshing take on the farmhouse concept.

The client envisioned an open and comfortable family home that would serve as a welcoming sanctuary for daily living and entertaining. The interior layout was carefully conceived to facilitate this desire, ensuring that the spaces are organized and functional. Yet, the inclusion of decorative elements add that touch of glamour and bling! These touches elevate the overall ambiance, allowing for a home that feels as luxurious as it is livable.

The exterior boasts a bright white finish complemented by subtle gray accents, creating a visually appealing contrast. This carefully chosen color palette is not confined to the exterior; it flows seamlessly into the interior spaces, which are designed to be light-filled and inviting.

In addition to aesthetic choices, the design presented a notable challenge due to the unique topography of the property. The sloping nature of the land required a thoughtful approach to incorporate the varying elevations while providing easy access to outdoor spaces from the main level of the home.

This careful integration of the landscape with the home’s design allows for a harmonious relationship between indoor and outdoor living, maximizing the functionality of the space while enhancing the overall experience of the home.
